She has successfully attended and passed the 30 hour National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers Course "Principles of Residential Real Estate Appraising.

Mrs. Bronstein has attended National Association of independent Fee Appraisers Seminar FHLMC Small Income Residential Income Property Report Writing.

Since 1978 she has participated in and assisted in the preparation of several hundred appraisals and real estate auctions.

She has participated in the sales of real estate at auction and has listed and sold private real estate through Buffalo/Niagara Association of Realtors
